The National Park Office and the Geopark School Network participated in the activities and the opening ceremony of the Urban Forest Project at Pru Yai Arboretum, Pru Yai Subdistrict, Muang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. 

 "Pracha Rat Forest Park For the happiness of the Thai people"

Led by Mr. Sumeth Amphon, Sakaerat Environmental Research Station, Asst. Prof. Dr. Prathueang Chintakun, Director of Thanyaburi Korat Park, General Surasak Kanchanarat, Minister of Education, Dr. Wichit Simajai, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance Kul, Director of the Department of National Parks Wild animals and plants Director-General of the Department of Forestry, and headed by Mr. Wichian Chantarasathai, assigned to Dr. Muratha Theerachatcharoencharoen, Deputy Director of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, several activities were conducted throughout the day, including: 

1. Cycling - "Spinning into the forest in the city of the National Park "

2. The orchestra plays, welcoming the Minister of the Ministry of Transport and the Faculty of Surathitpitak School. 

3. Stage performance  
- Paleontological performances from Tha Chang School 
- Performances from various work groups such as the Elderly Club Show, Pru Yai Subdistrict, Korat Music, "Forest in the City" English talk 

4. Exhibition  
- Triple Crown Exhibition from Wanwan Park Khorat Geopark together with Rajabhat University.  
- exhibition of Geopark School Network that operates in conjunction with the Sakaerat Environmental Research Station.  
- showcasing products tea Gac. From Sai Ngam Chaloem Phra Kiat School 
- Exhibition from various agencies, such as: waste management, garbage separation, animal shows from zoos, groundwater exhibition, Royal projects, forest fire management and prevention, forest management , protected land management , And the public market for products in provincial areas, as well as products from community forests

5. Activities at the event, such as garden activities, planting trees, releasing birds, watching butterflies, coloring dolls and toys

More than 300 teachers and students from the Geopark School Network were in attendance.
