Khorat UGGp Launches Mini Museum Campaign “Dinosaurs and Friends Invade Khao Yai”

Khorat UNESCO Global Geopark (UGGp), Khorat Fossil Museum, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University has officially launched its tourism marketing promotion project under the activity Mini Museum “Dinosaurs and Friends Invade Khao Yai.”

This initiative opens a temporary Mini Museum at Khao Yai, one of Thailand's premier tourism hubs and a neighboring UNESCO designated site, Dong Phayayen–Khao Yai Forest Complex. This project is a robust collaboration involving Geopark partners, researchers, and local venues. The opening event was filled with an atmosphere of learning, fun, and inspiration. Researchers, academics, network personnel, and interested individuals joined to exchange knowledge on geology, paleontology, and creative tourism.

This campaign marks a significant step forward in translating research findings into accessible activities, creating new experiences for tourists of all ages. Furthermore, it effectively connects the value of geo-resources and natural heritage with sustainable tourism development.
